Below we have put together a list of our most frequently asked questions to help you find the information you need to book your holiday.

How can I book my holiday?

Our computerised booking system helps make holiday booking fast and efficient. If you need any assistance telephone our Booking Office on: 01493 857231 open 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week.

Option 1 - Book Online

Check availability and then proceed to book your holiday or short break online the process should take no longer than 10 minutes. Please have your credit/debit card and party details ready.

Option 2 - Call Us

Select which type of accommodation you require. Call our reservation team on 01493 857231 anytime between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week. A phone booking will be held for 7 days awaiting receipt of your booking form and deposit. Please write Booking No. on back of cheques. Our computerised booking system helps making booking fast and efficient. Your confirmationwill be sent by post.

Option 3 - Credit/Debit Card

Call our reservation team on 01493 857231 anytime between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week. When making your booking by phone you can give Vauxhall the card number and your name and address. When making your booking by phone you can give Vauxhall your booking and card details, We will then request a completed booking form. Please note that we pass on the charge of 1.5% made by the credit card company per payment.

Option 4 - By Post

Send your completed booking form and deposit payment to: Vauxhall Holiday Park, Acle New Road, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk NR30 1TB.

What time can I check into my accommodation?

All holiday homes are available from approximately 2pm/4pm on the day of arrival and must be left in a clean and tidy condition not later than 10am on the day of departure.

Touring pitches are available from 11am on the day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.

Do you provide for guests with accessibility needs?

At Vauxhall we appreciate everyone needs a holiday and we do our best to accommodate all guests, including those with special needs. A limited number of Lark caravan/ Breydon Superior/ Breydon/Waveney Suites are now accessible to someone with limited mobility (able to walk a few paces and up to a maximum of three steps).

Please call our Special Needs Reservation Advisors who can confirm the suitability of our holiday home for your particular requirements.

What is included in the cost of my holiday home?

The following are included in the cost of our holidays
Free gas and supply of complimentary electricity (Electric is given complimentary on arrival but any further required must be purchased for a small charge at reception)
Free linen ( Includes bed linen and does not include towels)
Use of park facilities including:
Free use of swimming pool
Free family entertainment
Free entry into children's clubs

What is included in the cost of myTouring Camping Pitch?

What costs will be incurred if I cancel my booking?

If you are compelled to cancel your holiday you must notify us immediately by telephone. Then you must confirm it in writing using 1st Class mail, enclosing your Hire Invoice telling us whether your balance of hire money has been paid. Our acknowledgement in writing to you will be your confirmation that your booking has been cancelled. We will then endeavour to re-let for you. If we are successful in re- letting, you will only forfeit your booking deposit. If we cannot re-let, then you will be held responsible for a prompt payment of the full balance of hire due on the Holiday Home or Touring Site booking. Should you have to cancel within 45 days of your holiday, you must telephone us first, and follow this with a written confirmation by 1st Class mail. In the case of Holiday Homes, your subscription to Vauxhall’s Cancellation Insurance covers you for all or part of these liabilities if you cancel for one of the qualifying reasons

Can I take my pet on holiday with me?

Sorry No pets are allowed on the park. Registered guide dogs can be accommodated, please inform us at the time of booking.

How far is the seafront?

It is a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car.

Can I book no smoking accommodation?

No smoking accommodation is available, please ask when booking.

Do you accept all male and female parties?

Bookings for parties of all young persons or all male or female young people will not be accepted. Where such parties may be found in residence they will be required to vacate and shall not be entitled to any refund or any compensation.
