Booking Terms and Condition
Our Holiday Agreement.

1 All holiday homes are available from 1pm on day of arrival and must be left in a clean condition not later than 4pm on the Sunday. If on your arrival you find any items or fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery is broken, damaged or missing, please report it to Reception. Should any damage or breakages occur during the period of your stay you will be held responsible and must make good.
2 Payment. When you book, the full amount must be sent.
3 The Holiday Home Number, notified to you on confirmation of your booking is provisional and we reserve the right to alter this number, but this will occur only in exceptional circumstances.
4 No dogs are allowed on the park.
5 Anyone committing a nuisance contrary to the peace of the Park will be asked to leave immediately and without a refund.
6 Under no circumstances may the maximum number of occupants be exceeded in any accommodation.
7 Completion and signature of the booking form signifies acceptance of conditions of hire shown on this page.
8 This application is also an application for free membership to Vauxhall Holiday Park clubs during residence at the Holiday Park and indoor pool complex during residence.
9 All other Vauxhall Holiday Park terms and conditions apply. Copy available on request.
10 Proof of age will be required so please bring photo id with you i.e. Passport, driving license.
11 Personalised admission tickets will be sent to you prior to the event. Once these have been sent, amendments will be accepted as per BOOKING CANCELLATION below.

BOOKING CANCELLATION.

If you are compelled to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately by telephone. Then you must confirm it in writing using 1st Class mail, enclosing your booking number. Our acknowledgement in writing to you will be your confirmation that your booking has been cancelled. We will then endeavour to re-let for you. If we are successful in re- letting, you will only forfeit a booking fee of £15 per person. If we cannot re-let, then you will be held responsible for the full balance of the booking.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE WEEKENDS ARE FOR ADULTS ONLY. Sorry, but no children will be admitted.

PLEASE NOTE: We would remind you that Vauxhall Holiday Park is in no way responsible for loss or damage to your property whilst you are here. We recommend therefore that you insure your personal effects, clothing and cash in the normal way before coming on holiday. Vauxhall Holiday Park will not be held responsible for damage or inconvenience caused by Acts of God including extreme weather conditions.
